NOTES:

* Academic Registration fees are the same for all participants, (including Students, Post Doctoral Fellows, Research Personnel and Professors)
** Accompanying Persons' Registration Fees - include all meals and social activities. Accommodations must be a shared bedroom with the delegate being accompanied, otherwise additional fees will be charged.
*** A Special Tutorial Fee is being offered for all CSMS Student Members or Post-Doc Members who wish to join the conference on Wednesday only. Fee includes coffee break and lunch. Please note that if you are already registered for the conference, this is included in your registration fee.

By registering for this conference at Bishop's University, you have reviewed and agree to abide by the rules of the University posted.

If payment is not completed during the initial registration and abstract submission, you may click on the link in the confirming email at any time and complete payment. Please note that if you submitted your registration and abstract prior to the end of the Early Bird rate, you must complete payment prior to that date, otherwise you will be charged the standard rate.

Tuesday, August 6, a special conference dinner will take place at Bishop's University with Beer and Wine Tastings. This is included in the cost of registration.

Receipts are auto generated at the time of completion of registration and payment receipt.
A formal receipt will also be available on site at the Registration Desk.

Terms and Conditions.
ACCOMMODATION TYPE
When lodging is selected in the registration process. You will have the opportunity of selecting either semi-private room or a 4 bedroom apartment. Both floor plans are set out below. You may select choose to submit the names of your roommates at the time or registration, or you may allow the organizers to find you roommates.
Please review the Rules and Regulations of Bishop's University. In addition, a room/meal card deposit of $50.00 (Cash or Cheque) is to be paid on registration. The deposit will be returned to the attendee upon return of the room/meal card.
