ETP is firmly committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Our web site privacy policy reflects that commitment.

Our web site does not collect information that personally identifies individuals except when that information is provided on a voluntary basis.

On occasions when personal information is required to provide the information related to conferences you have registered for.

Information provided to ETP will not be sold, but may be made available to a sponsor of the particular event you have registered for, for a one-time use for contacting attendees. The information provided to the sponsors is restricted to name of attendee, name of affiliation and email address. No personal information is disclosed.

This allows us to measure interest in various sections of the site so we can improve design and content to serve you better. There are certain situations defined by law where ETP may deny access to the personal information.
